We do not participate with insurance plans and are considered non-participating providers. It is best to contact your insurance company to determine your benefits and call us for specific questions on cost. Since we do not submit the bills to your insurance company for you, we pass along the cost savings to you directly by reduced fees. We can provide you with statement to submit to your insurance company if you would like to file the claim for reimbursement.
